The stars have aligned and we're gathering our favorite humans at the White Birch Lodge in northern Michigan this September. Think less traditional wedding, more magical summer camp weekend where we happen to get married.

Alex “Lou” Persky-Stern
For those of you who don’t know, Caroline calls Persky “Lou” because when asked what his middle name was their first month of dating, he answered “Big Lou.” She giggled, and the name stuck.
Caroline Hatfield
Caroline’s middle name is Louise, and yet Alex never thought to call her Lou too–what a missed opportunity.

Location: White Birch Lodge - 571 Meguzee Point Rd, Elk Rapids, MI
Lodging: Unless you have received an email from us with specific lodging instructions, we recommend Elk Rapids (7m from the venue) or Traverse City (30m)–both have hotel and Airbnb options available!
